numer.02 was an international conference on interaction design that was held at the Centre Pompidou in Paris in April 2002. It was meant as a follow up to numer.00 and brought together interdisciplinary practitioners and theorists around the topics of process, creativity and form, interactive cinema, wearable computing, culture, etc.
Speakers included Malcom McCullough, Stewart Butterfield, Valerie Casey, Régine Halter, Katherine Moriwaki, Casey Reas, Ben Fry, Carsten Wierwille, Andy Cameron, Erkki Huhtamo, François Naudé, Minna Tarkka, Golan Levin, etc.
Other related events included a ‘zapping’ night with twenty and more young artists each presenting their work in five minutes and a Processing workshop at ENSCI conducted by Ben Fry and Casey Reas.
